No returns or exchanges are accepted on any purchases made at Leisure Days RV Moncton, online or in-store. Please review product details carefully before purchasing and contact us with any questions—we’re happy to help you choose the right item the first time.

Damaged or Defective Items

While we do not accept returns, if your item arrives damaged or is defective out of the box, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. We will assist with inspection and next steps, which may include warranty support or another remedy permitted by the manufacturer or applicable law.

To report an issue, please provide:

  • Order number / invoice,

  • Photos of the damage/defect and packaging,

  • A brief description of the issue, and

  • Your preferred contact method.

Vehicle (RV) Purchases

Sales of new or pre-owned RVs are final upon delivery and/or registration. Any concerns after delivery will be addressed through the manufacturer’s warranty (where applicable) and our service department. Routine maintenance and wear items are not covered unless expressly stated by the manufacturer.

Order Cancellations

Orders that have entered processing, been shipped, or are special-order/custom items cannot be cancelled. Deposits on custom factory orders or units undergoing pre-delivery inspection (PDI) may be non-refundable as outlined in your signed purchase agreement.

Non-Returnable Items (for clarity)

  • Electrical and installed parts,

  • Special-order/custom merchandise,

  • Clearance/final sale items,

  • Opened/used products not covered by warranty.

Warranties

Most parts and accessories are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. We’ll help facilitate claims as needed; eligibility and decisions are made by the manufacturer. Please retain your proof of purchase.
