OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES: THE “BUY AN RV, WIN A BOAT” GIVEAWAY

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING BEYOND THE SPECIFIED ENTRY MULTIPLIER SET FORTH IN THESE RULES.

1. CONTEST PERIOD

The “Buy an RV, Win a Boat” Giveaway (the "Contest") begins at 9:00 AM ET on March 15, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on April 30, 2026 (the "Contest Period").

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Leisure Days RV Group, RV Canada, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings) or those living in the same household of such individuals are not eligible to enter.

3. HOW TO ENTER

There are three (3) ways to enter the Contest:

  • A) Purchase Entry (20 Entries): Any eligible entrant who purchases a new or used RV from a participating Leisure Days RV Group or RV Canada location during the Contest Period will automatically receive twenty (20) entries into the Contest draw. A "Purchase" is defined as a signed and completed Bill of Sale and a cleared deposit. In the event of a deal cancellation, the associated entries will be voided.

  • B) In-Store No-Purchase Entry (1 Entry per Day): To enter without a purchase, visit any participating dealership location during regular business hours and request an "Official Contest Ballot" from the reception or sales desk. Complete the ballot with your full name, valid email address, and phone number, and deposit it in the designated ballot box. Limit: One (1) in-store entry per person, per calendar day.

  • C) Mail-In No-Purchase Entry (1 Entry per Request): To enter without visiting a store or making a purchase, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, daytime telephone number, email address, and a unique 50-word original essay on "Why I want to explore Canada in an RV" on a plain piece of paper and mail it (in a separate envelope with sufficient postage) to:

    Each unique mail-in request constitutes one (1) entry. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 30, 2026, and received by May 7, 2026.

4. THE PRIZE

There is one (1) Prize available to be won, consisting of:

  • One (1) 2023 Southbay 226CR2LE25 Pontoon Boat.

  • The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $64,000 CAD.

The Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable, or convertible to cash. The Winner is responsible for all costs not specifically included, including but not limited to: licensing, registration, insurance, fuel, and transportation of the Prize from the designated dealership.

5. THE DRAW AND WINNER SELECTION

On May 15, 2026, a random draw will be conducted from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The first entrant whose name is drawn will be deemed the "Selected Entrant."

Notification: The Selected Entrant will be contacted via telephone or email within forty-eight (48) hours of the draw. If the Selected Entrant cannot be reached after three (3) attempts or within five (5) business days, they will be disqualified and an alternate entrant will be selected.

6. SKILL-TESTING QUESTION

To be declared the Winner, the Selected Entrant must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind (mechanical or otherwise), a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by phone or email.

7. ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Purchase entries are weighted at twenty (20) entries per transaction.

8. RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION

By entering, the Winner agrees to sign a standard Declaration and Release Form confirming compliance with the Rules and releasing Leisure Days RV Group, its affiliates, and the prize providers from any liability in connection with the Prize or the Contest.

9. PUBLICITY

By entering, the Winner consents to the use of their name, city of residence, and likeness/photograph for promotional purposes by Leisure Days RV Group in any media (including social media and websites) without further notice or compensation.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws.

  • Leisure Days RV Group reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the Contest.

  • Privacy: Personal information collected during the Contest is used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and will not be sold to third parties.
